It is kinda stupid but not Cruelty, the parents should have known that niggers will cry over ANYTHING and that its considered racist for a white person to even live let alone dress up like a nigger.
That baby probably was eating pudding and already had it all over its face so the parents decided to take it one step further.
The only thing they are guilty of is being stupid and desecration of a baby's white skin.
