Un-fucking-believable. This vile thing should have been given the needle for what it did! Forum rules prevent me from detailing what should have really been done.

Even if the clerk was a nigger, this nigger will likely get a much shorter sentence, then get out to murder to its heart content. Every judge who releases criminals are at minimum guilty of being accessories, and they should be strung up along with any murderers.

This is one of those situations that I believe the judge should be held accountable for future crimes. Think about it, if a liberal asshole judge let's a murder monkey out, due to white guilt or whatever and the jig goes out and commits another crime, the judge should be tossed off the bench, disbarred and fined. Said judge should also lose any and all pensions (given to the victims of their poor decisions) and held accountable. I can only imagine how quickly these judges will stop with this "They were a victim of circumstance" bullshit.

From my read of this story, this SNB isn't getting out anytime soon.
I say he will get his sentence reduced...to life-25 or life-30.
This will give him plenty of opportunities for TNB while he's still on the inside to push back his parole date.
Maybe he'll even get made good if he's a real asshole or gets caught snitching.

*sigh* This is one of the cases which led the Supreme Court of the USA to require options other than life w/o parole (whole life) for criminals who commit capital murder when they were juveniles. Take note that 2 Supremes felt that the offender shouldn't have charged with capital murder in the first place because he didn't pull the trigger :(

Myself I think LWoP is appropriate for juvenile accomplices to robberies where a victim is killed.

As far as being able to give the death penalty to vicious sociopath larvae (of any color) that is in the hands of Congress.
Congress could take jurisdiction over State death penalty cases from at least the Supreme Court and maybe the Federal courts altogether.

Upon a case such as this, there should be a caveat.

Once a mindless judge does something like this, upon release of the ape, it should be mandated to work at the home of said judge as a "Guy Friday". We all know that when a nigger, especially at 14, comes out of prison, it has zero skills except how to properly use it's mandibular muscles. Providing a working environment would let the nigger gain important working and social skills.

I would back the nigger's early release 100% if this was included in the conditions. I have no doubt that before it's first day is out, there will be some silliness going on inside the home of Judge Lieberal.
