Police responded to a shooting call at a home at 12316 Hoblitzelle Drive at 10:15 a.m. on Monday. When officers arrived, they found a pregnant woman who was shot. A witness told police she yelled her attacker's name. The witness, said Chief David Brown, looked out the home's window to see the man speeding away in a silver sedan and told police.

The man was identified as Tyrone Christopher Allen, 26. The victims in the shooting, 28-year-old Breshauna Jackson and her unborn child, died in the home. Maj. Jeff Cotner said she was in the "final stages of her pregnancy."
