The two had reportedly been arguing beforehand, and Fischer can be heard yelling in the clip: “What did I say about the next question you ask me? ​WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT THE NEXT QUESTION YOU ASK ME? You remember? WHAT DID I SAY?…I SAID DON’T ASK ANY MORE QUESTIONS!”

The driver then stops the bus, shoves the passenger with both hands into a seat before punching him a reported 18 times. He can then be seen dragging the man off the bus and abandoning him on the side of the road.

Of course none of us were there but from the video etc, I have to say that the driver may very well be a legitimate candidate for loosing his right to own a firearm.
I don’t care what the passenger said he appeared to not be a physical threat.
Look at the picture. One hand on the rail the other on his chest. This suggests that he had no intention of fighting. It may even show that he was backing down. Maybe not verbally but physically.
He also has a look of fear in his face. I have seen this a few time when confronting a person that is all talk.
Any of you who take joy in his beating did not see the same picture and video that I saw. If you did than for all intent purpose you are a racist. You go about railing how blacks are racist yet you act just the same as the ones you accuse.
I can assure you that if what I saw was the only motive for this beating I would have defended this man and the driver would have been on the ground wonder WTF just happened to me.
