I never have seen anything like this until now, I have lived in a few larger towns in CO and NM, but I never saw them Chimping out quite like this before, it's actually kinda freaky looking, Do things like this happen often and I just never saw it until now? or is it just getting worse and worse, an escalating problem? that is really scary because, when you are walking down the street and you are minding your own business, and they start this shit, you can easily get attacked.. Aww.. I miss they days when Chimps were kept locked in Cages.. or run out on a rail!
