Dunlap is accused of walking into a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in Aurora in 1993 at closing time and shooting five people in the head and taking $1,500 from a safe.
Last year, the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Dunlap's arguments that his attorney erred in not presenting evidence of mental illness during the sentencing phase.

1993, this piece of shit has been in prison, sucking up taxpayer's money through prison stay, lawyers, and court costs. Fuck, I was entering third grade when this piece of shit (who is grinning ear to ear) killed several people and robbed the place. Our political system needs a total overhaul.

Putting them in prison isn't much of a punishment, since they tend to thrive in a habitat filled with theft, rape, and murder.
It's just a three hots and a cot vacation at our expense.
