I would complain to the landlord (or management company if it's privately managed). And try to video it or take photos with your cellphone. If you have a human landlord they probably want the niggers gone as much as you do. Tell the landlord that if he doesn't do something about it, you are going to leave and use the argument that your right to quiet enjoyment is being breached and that you are documenting all complaints.

The landlord is going to want to get rid of a nigger family over losing a good paying white tenant.

Alternatively, call the police and tell them that you've got some niggers causing a nuisance and that you may have seen a weapon or drug deals etc. Try to remain anonymous to avoid any sort of backlash (or should that be BLACKlash?)
