Default US supreme court leans towards striking part of 1965 Voting Rights Act

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/0...n_2768942.html
I had to do some reading and educate myself on this one first because basically,...I never gave a sticker,375x360 (Copy).pngabout it before.

So here's the basics, part of the 1965 VRA is a provision called the Section 5 "pre-clearance" requirement.

Section 5 affects all or part of 16 states still to get approval from the Justice Department before changing any voting procedures or voting maps.

That includes polling places, times, redistricting...stuff like that. For instance, if mammy can't get her ass out of bed early enough to vote before the polls close, that's rayciss n' shit'. That's basically what "section 5" does. It panders to niggers making voting districts more nigger friendly. Bused-in voters(shitskins) crap like that! They got to be repasentin an' shit.

My hat is off to Justice Scalia who said, and this is a quote, ..."A Perpetuation Of Racial Entitlement" AWESOME DUDE!!

The supreme court appeared to lean toward striking down cornerstone civil rights legislation that has protected African Americans right to vote for half a century during a combative hearing on Wednesday.
Naturally, these two baboons needed to show up and cry about it. Some good ol' boy might think this guy c1main.james.earl.ray.scr (Copy).jpg had a good idea and "show up" at the Jesse & Al minstrel show, just sayin!

Hey SC, do you have a link on this? I find this fascinating. If you do, great, if not I am sure I can find it. (i'm just too lazy )
My wonderful Dad taught me a valuable lesson as a young man.

"Son", he said, "I am not prejudiced".
"I believe every white person should own one"

I read in the comments under that Huffington Post article and there are lots of references by libs and progs to Voter ID laws disenfranchising urban minorities. As I have never been an urban minority I cannot honestly say that it's a bogus claim, but for the life of me I cannot fathom how anyone over the age of 15 could get through the daily course of life without some form of photo identification. Driving, banking, working, schooling... All of these things require photo ID. Are these libs actually saying that as a group, urban minorities engage in none of these activities? If so, then it's no wonder at all that inner city niggers are such worthless pieces of shit, because apparently all they have do do is put their empty paws out for everything.

All this reminds me of the old joke about the nigger who went to vote in Jackson, Mississippi in 1965 and was stopped by a couple of poll-watchers in Klan robes. They asked if he could read, since you need to be able to read the ballot.

When the nigger said he could, they said "prove it. Can you read a newspaper headline, boy?"

"Sho' 'nuff, Boss". So they hand him a Chinese newspaper and say "What's the headline say on this paper, boy?"

And the nigger said: "Chinese newspaper headline say, 'Ain't no niggers gonna vote in Mississippi dis year neither".

Chief Justice John Roberts sharply questioned Solicitor General Donald Verrilli, asking him whether it was the position of the U.S. government that residents of Southern states -- most of the jurisdictions covered by Section 5 are in the South -- are more racist than those of Northern states.
I would say there's nothing wrong with being a racist. Maybe we need special laws to protect us since we are persecuted by the Government and media.
Do you realize how crazy it sounds that laws had to be passed to force equal treatment ????

Are you niggers really so loathsome that you must force yourselves on people who do not want to be around you?

I do not require any black person to associate with me. I ask only that I not be involuntarily subjected to associate with niggers. Why is that so bad?

I'd much rather they do away with the Emancipation Proclamation of 1865.
