The building across the street was sold for a few million dollars. Anyway some rich kid turn it into a hangout. they were mostly skateboarders etc.. But yesterday I saw 3 chimps with skateboards waiting and later high fiving those rich kids. They now hang around across the street from my building. They are destroying my property value!!
Maybe something will happen to them by their new skater friends. this way he would kick them to the curb instead of hanging out in front the building all day long. Oooking and eeeking at all the human females that past by.

right now its just a hangout :(, rich kids and some chimps. the property is pretty huge, new owners turn it part a bar, another part into a workout place and other part into alot of other stores. I'm letting nature and darwin take this one
