Rocky Mount police responding to a CHIMPOUT Saturday morning had to force entry into an apartment.
Authorities said officers responded where they reported hearing a SHE-BOON SOW scream. According to police reports, no one would answer the door, so officers were forced to break it down. Police disarmed the NIGGER and took him into custody.
Dolphus Monzel Stephens, 25, was charged with assault on a SHE-BOON and communicating threats. Stephens was jailed in Edgecombe County without bond.
