I think this all depends on how you define "miracle" really.

If you say, "Hey its a miracle the niggers haven't totally destroyed South Africa yet....." or "Its a miracle that there are any white people that haven't been murdered yet in South Africa." then I think you'd be closer to being accurate about the situation there and the results of ending Apartheid.
