This is one of those situations that tells me that if you are held back 2-3 times before you are in high school, you might as well stop going. This "youth" is 15 in 7th or 8th grade! Humans are 12-14 in those grades at MOST. WTF???

That is yet another reason not to allow these spooks to mature physically beyond the means of the facility to manage them. If a nigger has been failed more than one grade, it should be certified as retarded and a decision made to either ship it off to the state hospital or back home where Mammy can deal with it and the taxpayers and other students don't have to. There comes a point in this steep curve where the nigger will soon be a full-sized inmate and need people trained in corrections to deal with it rather than teachers in a public school.
