I posted this for a reason. Karla Faye Tucker, a White woman who was involved in a gruesome murder many years ago, was convicted and given the death penalty. While in prison, she did turn her life around and was an asset to the prison. There was a huge effort to have her DP commuted. In the end, George W. did not grant her the commutation, stating that the law called for the penalty and the laws cannot be ignored.

As a 'citizen', I do not have the right to decide what laws I will follow and which I will say fuck you to. If I get caught deciding that a law is 'unfair or unjust', well to fucking bad. I am going to be arrested. And if convicted by a jury of citizens, I will be sent to prison for the duration of the sentence imposed by the judge.

In capital murder cases, there are two phases. First is the actual trial. If convicted, then the 2nd phase, or the penalty decision, is also made by the jury. Based on the facts of the case, they make the decision as to whether or not the person is condemned to life w/o parole or deserves the DP. In this case, they said put her DOWN. Who is it for a Judge, or anyone else for that matter, to override a decision made by a jury, the core of our Judicial System? Unless there is jury misconduct, or new evidence, then the penalty should be carried out without question. We are all obligated to face a jury of our peers, and to pay the price that they see fit.

Texas normally takes about 12.5 years or so from conviction to the chair. Only Oklahoma makes them good faster. This boon has already had 20 more years of life than she deserves. She has already had more time then she gave her helpless victims. There is a double standard in regards to women in general. In any State with a DP, women always get more time than men because of the 'taboo' of executing a female. Fine. But Texas has already afforded this nigger an extra 8 years than a male counterpart. It is time to exact justice.

Overturning a jury's decision without justifiable reason is akin to pissing on the Constitution. Why have jury's anymore? Just let a judge hear the case and decide on his\her own. Save the money on Jury selection and paying jurors for days spent in court. Trash the whole system so we can just pass into totalitarianism.

You're right. I wish they'd quit pretending when nobody's buying it. This boon is GUILTY, and deserves a nice comfy seat provided by taxpayers, in which it can spend a few minutes trying to comprehend remorse. Just another case of niggercoddling gone wild.

Regarding the makeup of the jury, one nigger is plenty. That one nigger would have been enough to hang the jury in the trial phase or spare this pile of shit she-gorilla during the penalty phase. All having one nigger on the jury means is that this vicious tub of guts was TOO VILE FOR EVEN ANOTER NIGGER to stand.
