I don't know what you're talking about.
When it comes to a certain places, people always protest on building other religious monuments.
For example, the holy country for jews is Israel. You can't build mosques in their.
Same with Saudia arabia. It's the holiest place for the muslims.
As for churches in muslim countries, You need to broaden your research.
