    Jones and his two occupants – 18-year-old Raeqwuan Alexander and 17-year-old Jahree Harmon both of Rochester – had to be extricated. The two passengers are listed in critical condition. Jones was not injured.
    If Jones was not injured what the hell is with the tribal collar?

    I got all excited when I first read this quote for I thought it said the two freeloaders (passengers) had to be EXECUTED!
