What a waste of an article. The whole thing talks about:

Loss of jobs to China.
Loss of investment capital.
Loss of well heeled residents with money to spend.
Accusations that the emergency manager move is a put on by the GOP to privatize the public sector resources.

Not a goddamn motherfucking single sentence in two pages about niggers, niggershines, nigger crime, nigger destruction, nigger illiteracy, nigger birth rates, the drain of health and human resources monies by the niggers, the section 8 nigger hovels, niggers fucking EVERYWHERE!, and not one goddamn word.

BLAME EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE ACTUAL CAUSE! And then get into a pissing match about what to do to fix Detroit, between the city and state, while the fucking niggers STILL RUN WILD!
