Detoliet is giving the developer over $4 milliion and Whole Paycheck is only paying $6/SF in rent.

Almost half the city is delinquent in property taxes and the city is bankrupt, yet they can give that kind of money in incentives for a store that has no business being in that type of area. The city should be trying to get a store like nigmart or Aldi's to come in the city, not a Whole Foods.

According to whole paychecks website the store will be at 3670 Woodward. I know a lot of areas of woodward are total niggerhavens. This looks like it's only 1/2 mile from downtown so it's in a total niggerhood.

I always thought Whole Foods was a well managed company, so not sure WTF they were thinking with this store. They are going to have to hire 24/7 security or the store will be vandalized and broken into before they even open. They are going to have the homeless coming in for free heat in the winter and free a/c in the summer. And more stuff will walk out shoplifted than paid for.

The store is too healthy and too expensive for niggers. If there isn't a whole foods in the suburbs the whites live in, they will just continue going to another suburbs whole foods in an another suburb. They aren't going to risk getting mugged or having their cars vandalized in that area. And if any white people do go to the store, they aren't going to tolerate the niggers begging them for money outside the store. The niggers have to be excited at the news of a store opening up that only well to do white people shop at to steal from
