More CIAA niggershines in Charlotte. Some nigger this afternoon followed me around town, sped up beside me then pulled behind me several times. The nigger then pulled in front of me, locked its brakes causing me to swerve off the road. The niggers then slowed down, got out, danced, shucked and jived, laughed and then raced off. Got its tag but the police did nothing.
