I wouldn't be surprised if a few of these properties accidentally became uninhabitable in more than a few neighborhoods before their most welcome residents moved in.

Good. Let them do it. Hopefully, they will start taking up residences selling crack right next door to the same assholes who let them do it. Maybe they will even enjoy some conversation with a board members or politician's wife.

Like California is finding out, there is only so far you can push people before they finally say enough is enough. California is seeing thousands of middle to high earners fleeing to different states to get away from the liberal bull. I see Illinois also becoming a fertile breeding ground for flight. Keep raising taxes to give more gibs, then when the taxpayers leave and you can no longer support you vote getting programs, the niggers won't even care about that once the welfare offices are closed. My old town and others in the county were specifically targeted by the feds for "low income housing" because we were "too white." Our county protested so much that the "settlement" was about asking the feds, "You sure we're spending enough?" Every house or apartment will be built at huge losses to all federal taxpayers, and it's just one "blame YT" excuse after another. "This zoning law is racist for not allowing a multi-family dwelling!" "Your plans are racist, you aren't building these next to the best schools!"

It's obvious to us why many residential zoning laws permit single-family homes only, and it goes without saying the human families are willing to pay so much to send their kids to good schools, but the feds will eventually turn it all into one big housing project.
