It doesn't seem fair that the mentally retarded's education will be brought down, as well as being physically and sexually abused by niggers. The mentally retarded need to file their own lawsuit to protect themselves.

It sounds to me like this will help keep niggers OUT of special ed classrooms. So, the special ed kids will be safer. Niggers love to pick on and take advantage of the most vulnerable (the disabled, the elderly.) Having more niggers in the regular classes will damage the regular kids' learning, but at least they will graduate knowing that niggers are stupid lazy shits.

BTW : In the 70's or 60's the American Psych Association moved the standard for mental retardation from 85 to 75. They decided that it was just too embarrassing that half of all niggers qualified as retarded. Pretty unbelievable.
