    Default Why do Companies Put Niggers in Charge?

    I concluded a 3 month consulting gig today. The company was having great difficulty collecting money that was due them for services rendered.

    I spent most of the time in the billing office. There are approximately 22 employees. All are white. Except one. The MANAGER. An overpaid, overweight boon. Morale in the office is non-existent. The boon belittles everyone in the office any time her bosses ask her where the money is. She puts in maybe 35 hours a week.

    Anyway, I wrote 5 reports to her during my gig. I out-lined where the problems are and what needs to be done to fix the problems. I had to sit with her today to go over what changes, if any, she made according to my suggestions. Well, she let me know that she is in charge and she will take my "suggestions" and think them over. Basically, she was not going to make any changes, at least according to what I suggested, even though the owners paid me to help them resolve the problems. (And they were NUMEROUS)

    So, I am drooling at the fact of writing my final report on my findings and suggestions to the owners. You can BET I am going to point out the fact that the office manager is unfit (In more ways than one), based upon my interaction with both her and the employees. Hopefully, they will act on what they paid me to do.

    In 3 months, I have to go back and review the office to see what changes have been made. Hopefully, the uppity boon has been fired or, even better, she is still employed and nothing has changed. Then I get a new gig to just give them the same suggestions.

    Niggers are bad for the workplace. They are even worse when in charge.
    My wonderful Dad taught me a valuable lesson as a young man.

    In business it has become increasingly obvious that placing niggers in positions that could have any effect on profits is a bad idea. With the raised awareness of this fact and the pressures to deliver a more diverse workplace (they used to call it quotas and Affirmative Action) smarter companies have found a solution, which you might incorporate into your next report. It is most productive to place their niggers into positions with very little influence on bottom lines and more on their own interests (the niggers) such as "Diversity manager" or something similar. When niggers feel important while mostly effecting their own environments, they become oblivious of their own insignificance. And the company profits are not affected. Everyone maintains their positions and income while the niggers stay virtually invisible to the important aspects of the company's productive value. There are clever ways to explain this in a report that will make you look less like the evil racist and more like the sympathetic caring nigger coddler by putting it in terms of uplifting the minorities and directing their abilities to a place where they can be most cost effective. Nobody (nothing) knows more about the minority perspective than the minorities and placing them in positions of power with teams of other minorities can only enhance the diversity of the company...or some sort of bullshit double talk like that. The executives who know niggers will understand your language while the niggers will feel like KANGS an' sheeit.

    I'm so happy that my company has no niggers. They made the mistake of hiring one a while back and he was caught stealing- my boss come and mutters to me "fucking niggers" (he know where I stand)
    First time I heard such beautiful words out of his mouth
