I concluded a 3 month consulting gig today. The company was having great difficulty collecting money that was due them for services rendered.
I spent most of the time in the billing office. There are approximately 22 employees. All are white. Except one. The MANAGER. An overpaid, overweight boon. Morale in the office is non-existent. The boon belittles everyone in the office any time her bosses ask her where the money is. She puts in maybe 35 hours a week.
Anyway, I wrote 5 reports to her during my gig. I out-lined where the problems are and what needs to be done to fix the problems. I had to sit with her today to go over what changes, if any, she made according to my suggestions. Well, she let me know that she is in charge and she will take my "suggestions" and think them over. Basically, she was not going to make any changes, at least according to what I suggested, even though the owners paid me to help them resolve the problems. (And they were NUMEROUS)
So, I am drooling at the fact of writing my final report on my findings and suggestions to the owners. You can BET I am going to point out the fact that the office manager is unfit (In more ways than one), based upon my interaction with both her and the employees. Hopefully, they will act on what they paid me to do.
In 3 months, I have to go back and review the office to see what changes have been made. Hopefully, the uppity boon has been fired or, even better, she is still employed and nothing has changed. Then I get a new gig to just give them the same suggestions.
Niggers are bad for the workplace. They are even worse when in charge.
