Originally I wanted to post this in the Movies and TV forum, but as the topic is so broad I figured it would have a better place here.

This movie is about the memoirs of a white Lieutenant-General Roméo Dallaire who was stationed in Rwanda during the Rwandan genocide in 1994. After the genocide the man became a drunk, horrified by the conditions he saw. I had to do a report on him for a history class in grade 12, when I was 17 years old. At the time I was indifferent to the whole nigger situation and generally believed that the U.N. did nothing for Rwanda as it was a fuxxated area.

Boy, was I ever wrong. The film goes into the genocide in-depth. Basically, it is trying to show the hypocrisy of the U.N. - which we already knew before this film - by evacuating white tourists and the remaining white Rwandans and doing nothing for the black Rwandans. Needless to say that was a wise part on the UN's behalf: those white tourists were the only source of income for Rwanda.

I also did research on Rwanda. It used to be a Belgian colony and the Belgians favoured the Tutsis over the Hutus because the former looked more human, while the latter more beastly. The Belgians established a monarchy and central government in the country and it soon became an economic powerhouse. Rwanda later became known as "The Switzerland of Africa" due to its strong economy and stability.

After the first World War, Rwanda sought independence through genocide. They butchered the whites and raped the Belgian women stationed there. It got so bad that the Belgians left Rwanda on its own. After that, the country slowly descended into chaos, and the two groups started an all out-war.

No different than any other African nation that was colonized by whites. The former Belgian colony had become bankrupt and one by one investors fled. The only source of income was hotels and tourism. After the genocide, tourism literally stopped. I'm not sure what the current state of it is, but I'm sure that it looks no different than the rest of the Dark Continent.

Mr. Dallaire desperately tried to convince white people that they were the ones to blame. The stories he writes are indeed horrific and show the monstrosity of the nigger beast, but it is unfair to blame it on YT, as YT gave the Rwandans everything. Just like Rhodesia, the country killed itself. It massacred the whites and has the audacity to blame white nations for their lack of involvement. Rwanda pleaded to France and Canada to help them, but France simply said: "No. We only want our people." France seems to have regretted this, unfortunately, due to its current love for the beasts.

Dallaire has given presentations, written books, written articles and whatever have you to try to tell people no one cared about Rwanda. If anyone does not know the history of the country, they would wrongfully assume the conflict between the Tutsis and the Hutus were because of the white Belgians. This is strongly pushed and we are blamed for their genocide. Yet the two groups were already in fierce conflict way before whites even arrived. So the point is moot.

Dallaire is a poor representation of Canada, and peace in general. He should have known that the fate of Rwanda was brought on by the inhabitants themselves, not whites or the UN. Rwanda did have resources when YT lived there, and after that, the country had no economic value. What on Earth could the nations do to help? It would still remain Hell. And it still is.

The movie Hotel Rwanda is another movie based on the genocide, and while it involves many goodifications, the true rage is that far more white blood was spilled. The true genocide is never spoken about. The one thing that kept the thing alive was killed. The Belgians should have known that you never cast pearls before swine or gold before dogs. Yet they, like the French, soon realized that these people were indeed monsters and knew there was no hope for them.

And when the beasts came for them, one by one, and massacred in a way that would make the Rwandan genocide look tame, is never, ever spoken about. Mr. Dallaire is a true hypocrite. I'm sure he has spoken about Haiti and South Africa during the last days of apartheid, and has celebrated growing diversity. But the deaths of the Belgians, French, German - white settlers in Africa he has never spoken about.

Why, Mr. Dallaire, do you think the whites were evacuated first? Because they have value. Your black beasts do not. They brought the genocide on themselves, not the Europeans. If you dare say we are to blame, I say shame on you, because your ancestors died for what the truth, and paid a blood price.

The former "Switzerland of Africa", like the Breadbasket of Africa and the former powerful South Africa have all fallen, and white blood has stained the grass. One need only ask, Mr. Dallaire, is who is the true hypocrite? The UN, or your ignorance of white genocide? The "people" you tried to save were and still are nothing but savages, and despite all your teachings, they will never change.

Time and time again children will learn of Rwanda and be taught that Europeans were to blame. Yet the Europeans were the ones that shook hands with the Devil - niggers - and their blood has stained the ground.

My pity will never be for those monsters, but for those whose lives were ruthlessly torn away from them. Mr. Dallaire, I hope you smell the roses one day, and discover that your peaceful protests rusted away in the wind. A beast will never know sympathy, but they will know the taste of blood.

Sadly, Mr. Dallaire was tainted with the wrong colour of it.

I've always wondered what made the Europeans think they could tame niggers. Was the thought process something along the lines of "you can tame a lion so you can tame a nigger?" Seriously, while some wild animals can be trained to react in fairly predictable ways, apes (the hairy kind you find in the zoo) are never tame -- they can react completely irrationally to random, unpredictably stimuli. I've never seen a zoo performer get in a cage with an ape -- tigers, lions and bears, sure, these can be tamed, but apes, no one (except that Goodall twat) would be stupid enough to get in a cage with an ape. And while apes are smart - they can be taught to sign and essential express themselves like a simpleminded human, they can also go ape shit in kill you in seconds for no apparent reason. Just like a nigger -- violent and unpredictable.

Did a spot of reading about Mr. Dallaire following this post. Looks like he should have gotten a clue when the Belgian forces deserted him to his little game of "Save the Niggers." This must have stung his soft liberal pride something awful. Of course, in true lefty fashion, he went on to blame YT for the disaster this entire fiasco was from the start, in addition to living the good life for his actions as a UN marionette.

The article went on to say his actions "saved 36,000 people." This would be lovely if they weren't niggers, and if numbers running in the opposite direction weren't so disproportionately high. His failures here must also be YT's fault, for not wanting to be part of that UNAMIR travesty. An illustration of what happens when humans attempt to domesticate feral muddaland niggers, and interfere with the natural clockwork of evolution. If only his suicide attempt had been successful . . . Seems the only thing he ever got right in life was profiting off his own fuckups.

This thread broke the monotony. The range of problems mandated diversity and meddling with natural selection create cannot be understated. I'm calling it now, if only for the quality of the topic and delivery.

That is true. 36,000 sprogs that would have been killed regardless. Dallaire is a humanitarian, but in that sense of the word it's blame YT and save the sprogs.

Like you said Rwanda, Rhodesia, South Africa, Haiti, and I am sure a plethora of other Countries once ruled by Whites has collapsed into rotting shit holes after the niggers took "charge". And all of the Countries have another thing in common; White genocide.

I cannot blame Belgium for pulling their people out. They saw what was happening and realized that it just was not worth salvaging. The UN, including the west, are notorious for becoming involved in self-serving situations. There was NOTHING to be gained by intervening here except needless death of soldiers and "peacekeepers".

This gentleman should pack up his bags, leave his cushy University position, donate the millions he has made off his own self serving interests to Rwanda, and move himself and his family's ass there. I am sure they will be treated as heroes, welcomed with open arms, then promptly butchered with machetes and made into the evening's feast with the "King" or whatever the head criminal of the Country is called.

Amazingly Dallaire is called a hero and humanitarian, and not surprisingly he's one of the types that promote pacifism, as if that will ever become a reality. He could've spent his time saving his own people, yet went to the ends of the Earth to salvage scrap from a trash heap.

I am sure Canadian's or any other Countries that understand the truth will not lose any sleep over his demise.

I saw "Shake Hands With The Devil" when it came out. Dallaire fails to see the obvious reason why the whites were evacuated but the Rwandans were not - the whites were NOT nationals of Rwanda. They were not citizens and did not have to remain in the hellhole while anarchy prevailed. The Rwandans were in their home country - they did not have travel rights to any other country except any place that would offer them sanctuary. And I do not recall any country that offered them sanctuary. Those Rwandans who felt threatened could have fled to and sought refugee status in any of the bordering countries around the place - I think Rwanda borders something like 7 other countries.

Here's a funny little fact - Bill Clinton was president when the Rwandan genocide occurred. He gets absolutely ZERO blame for how his administration handled that crisis. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Kinda funny that "America's first black president" is completely blameless for how he fucked up dealing with one of the worst genocides of the 20th century.

I was in grad school in a state that bordered Canada at the time the Rwandan chimpout happened. There used to be a news show on CBC I listened to all the time called "As It Happens." Dallaire was on that program just about every other day screaming about the jaboonery and niggershines he was seeing, and no one did a damn thing.

In the aftermath, Rwanda's economy is doing pretty well currently, but the guy who took over after the genocide (Paul Kagame) is showing his true nigger dictator self. Political dissent is not tolerated. Press restrictions. I think there have been some "disappearances." Stuff like that. Of course, all the good liberal Western governments are not calling him on his bullshit - most likely due to YT guilt from not stepping in when they had the chance back in the mid-90's.

Romeo Dallaire is one of the most evil and sickening Canadians alive today. Every time I see his face I wish he had been stuck in Tutsi-land when the genocide took place. He oversaw one of the UN's greatest failures yet the previous Liberal regime in Canada made him a senator. In Canada, being a senator means you get appointed by the ruling political party and sit in a chamber of parliament that assures you a massive pension and carte blanche celebrity to get your stupid face on television and be respected.

Everything he's done in his life has been a mix of libtardism, fraud and spectacular failure, yet he is revered by liberals all across Canada.
