Thanks for all of the replies and advice Chimpers. The new Smell and Co. household is up and running, and we finally have internet. Incidentally I blame niggers for the week we went without internet as well. When we finally were able to get a human technician to come out here he told us they kept sending him to an address on our street that doesn't even exist.

So update on my uncle. He's in the process of undergoing physical therapy and they have confirmed he does indeed have a brain injury and will require assistance when he does finally go home. No word on when that will happen yet, for the time being they are working on trying to build him back up. They do say it is unlikely he will walk again due to the brain injury. We are all hoping this is not the case, and they were wrong when they said he was unlikely to come out of the coma so we're trying to be optimistic here. Something else that utterly pisses me off is that it's coming to the point where my aunt has been advised to try to get him Medicaid and Disability, but because he worked hard all of his life and invested in farming equipment, vehicles and other things she will likely have to sell everything and use that to pay what insurance is not covering before he can have access to those things. As mom put it, he won't be able to use any of the programs his tax dollars paid for until they are stone broke. :/

Regarding the burner and her rape ape, they are still squatting over at his house driving my aunt crazy. My aunt mentioned to my mom in a phone call the other day that if my uncle ever recovers enough to come home and understand what is going on that the burner will likely be disowned and written out of the will. Mom asked why she didn't just do the deed herself, and she had no answer for that. I really wish my aunt would grow a pair. My parents have already said that they would go over there and do the dirty work for her and tell them to get out but my aunt is of the mind that my uncle should handle it since it's his daughter, his house, and all of that.

I don't know what the laws are where you live, but here in nigger-loving Connecticut, if someone is getting mail and has clothes there, you need to initiate eviction proceedings. It can be a long and costly process, and the housing authority will be very concerned about the poor, deprived nigger's well-being. The sooner you tell your poor uncle, the sooner you can get started.

if the burner gets wise...she will go see a lawyer and seek POA for her father behind her mother's back....due to his condition. If she manages that maneuver...its over. Don't think that a liberal judge wouldn't grant the burner a POA out of liberal spite for the "bigoted redneck father".....

the longer the burner and her pet chimp are in the house...the harder it gets to remove them. this aunt is a willing victim in all this...but a victim just the same...she needs to be instructed that she is losing her rights to her own home, slowly but surely...and there will come a time when she cannot remove them. The nigger will at some point do what niggers do....stealing money, muh dik...or both....wouldn't surprise me if the nog physically abuses the uncle when he gets home either...
