OAKLAND, Calif. — Five men were injured Sunday night after a suspect opened fire on them as they were attending a birthday party at an East Oakland home, according to police.
The victims were with about 20 other people at a party at a home on the 2600 block of Seminary Avenue near Fleming Avenue in East Oakland, police said.
The five victims were standing outside the house when they were shot at just before 8 p.m.
