Nig cops
You know a city is on its way to total nogfuxation, or has already gotten there, when you see nigger cops around. Once there is a nigger mayor, it's all over but the cryin. I saw a cluster of about ten nigger cops the other day, which tells me my hometown is beyond redemption. That's not to say I (and the rest of the country) didn't already know that N.O. is on its way to becoming the Detroit of the South.
