This photo was actually so bad, it got passed around online, and your logo is on her back. Your payroll department actually cuts this woman a check for showing up to work looking like she doesn't care if anyone - men, women, or children - can see enough of her ass to make a madame blush. In fact, the last time I went to Lowe's was for a return, and your staff wasn't dressed much differently. You need to address this. It's too late for me, personally - I don't shop at Lowe's anymore. I spent a good $7,500 at your store from 2011-2012, and now that revenue is going to ACE, because they don't allow this. Any supervisor in their right mind would have not simply asked this woman to go home and change, she would have been fired. This is practically sexual harassment. This means you're losing customers while and before you have them - and that you're exposing children to this disgusting crap, while blowing millions of dollars trying to convey a "family friendly" image in advertisements. That's false advertisement. Nobody wants to see this, ever. I know you're legally obligated to fill a diversity quota, but don't be so desperate that your supervisors let behavior like this - blatant, disrespectful, and enough to warrant an indecent exposure charge - slide without reprimand. You can find very qualified ethnic candidates who will be more than happy to dress appropriately. Ace does. Please don't try to pretend that it's anything besides what it is, because nobody is buying it.

Too bad someone didn't call the police and report a case of indecent exposure. In many places now, a charge of indecent exposure (that took place around children) will get the perp charged and forced to register as a sex offender.
At the very least, someone could have called a manager over, pointed it out and raised hell about it quite loudly to draw attention to the boon's hideous ass hanging out and caused it to have a cat 5 chimpout "fo bein' disreskected and sheeit."
That situation was loaded with potential that was wasted!

They took it so seriously, they only enforce a proper dress code when it's ridiculed online en masse. How thoughtful! I don't know what part of "too late" this woman doesn't understand, but this do-nothing attitude toward public indecency is very telling of the way this country is headed.
