Obongo has been going nuts with bolstering AFRICOM. It's been all over the Army Times in the past few months. For the life of me I'm at a loss to see the strategic value of training boons if they are even trainable. It's mostly SOF Operators that are doing the advising and training and we all know how well that worked out with third world countries in the past.
Best part is the damn spooks (niggers not operators) don't want us there to begin with. I have to wonder who was involved in the head shed on this plan...
