    Kind of an old story, but just another example of da gubmin' harassing companies and forcing them to disregard spook convictions. Expect worse in 2013.

    We should have done a background check on Barrack Hussein Obama. In today's day and age anything that helps a business is automatically evil, especially any policy designed to save the company and its human employees from the nigger horde.

    Backround checks are a necessity today for many jobs. Would you, as an employer, want to hire a convicted robber who applies for an armored car job, how about a convicted pedophile who applies for a school janitor position, or maybe a convicted rapist at a women's shelter? Of course not, but then again, if you are a liberal, and the applicant a nigger, then you best be overlooking these faults and hire the spook anyway.

    This does make me laugh though;

And if you are a company, how much more are you going to tolerate before saying fuck it like Hostess did? And the EEOC is the biggest joke of all agencies. It is only interested in equal where niggers are concerned. When was the last time you saw them sue a nigger owned company because they beez unfair to YT?     I just love the restraints put on these companies to hire worthless violent coons. Its ok to do checks on everyone except negros cuz they wouldn't get hired due to company policies otherwise, and not hiring negros due to their shitty violent criminal past and future is racis and sheet.. Lemme guess they will soon stop doing background checks on negros trying to buy weapons cuz the majority of them will be denied, and that will be deemed racis and non Pc..

    How can anyone run a business these days, it's just not possible... you have to cater to niggers, even when they steal your property and trash your store, you still have to let them in... You have to hire niggers, even when you know they're criminals, thieves, and violent, and you still have to hire them.. and what will they do to your customers?? and your insurance payments??

    EEOC officials said the company's policy of not hiring workers with arrest records disproportionately excluded more than 300 black applicants. The policy barred applicants who had been arrested, but not convicted of a crime, and denied employment to others who were convicted of minor offenses.

    Using arrest and conviction records to deny employment can be illegal if it's irrelevant for the job, according to the EEOC, which enforces the nation's employment discrimination laws. The agency says such blanket policies can limit job opportunities for minorities with higher arrest and conviction rates than whites.

    Yeah, no shit? How about voter disenfranchisement then? Conviction records being the ONLY factor that's "relevant". I really wish PepsiCo would have fought that one tooth and nail. The US Postal Service screens criminal background records.

    My bottom line is this...if you don't pay income tax, regularly...your not part of the collective and therefore, you don't fucking matter. You don't get a vote in high-level stock holder meetings if you don't own stock. Same with criminal convictions.     The thing about these sort of decisions that pisses me off the worst, is that it is no longer up to the individual company who they can and cannot hire. Instead, its up to some bureaucrat miles away to make that decision instead. Nevermind that the potential nigger employee is a thief that needs to be trusted with cash or other responsibility that it clearly is not capable of handling and ultimately will steal you blind. No, you have to hire the feral nigger, or else be blackmailed into paying out a huge settlement because you looked out for your own best interests.
