Birf Control would be free to all niggers on welfare and to get any gibs at all they would be forced to submit to it or get nothing. No mo "Baby Daddies". Hard working HUMANS who want children would/should have no problem with this. You need a license to marry, drive, hold a job in many cases as well. Yet we allow anyone to breed.

Most children in the US are born in hospitals under licensed doctors and nurses. If the hospitals recieve a patient that has been shot, they inform the police beforehand. Which basically means hospitals are connected to the Justice system all throught.

Along with this, all they need is a law that states that the hospital shall NOT deliver children whose either parents have a criminal history (which of,course is confirmed once the patient enters the premises)

This will enable the hospitals to do their part...and the rest will be the govt's resposibility.

Just one law, which states that IF you or your family member has a violent criminal record, no welfare for you, and an increase in tax as well. Either this or complete prohibition (which I think is not very feasible )
