And this really is a killer comment by the judge:

On the other hand, this is a cure for both the nigger plague and gibs programs. If we had a law that states any nigger who has 2 kids w/o the means to support such sprogs on their own, then they are to be sterilized immediately (A gib I 100% apporove of). Since nigger make each other good at a faster rate than that, they would begin to hit the endangered species list.
