College student murdered, police want help, but won't release description of suspects

I see it every day. They want anyone with information to call yet won't describe the suspooks. Am I missing something?

Jordan Charles Dalton, 19, Bradley Dalton, 24, and Bernard Kadeen Ramsey, 19, have all been charged with murder, armed robbery, first-degree burglary and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Police have issued warrants for 18-year-old Lester Devaria Mosley Jr., who is still considered armed and dangerous.
