ATLANTA — Some southwest Atlanta homes lost power overnight after teens smashed a stolen truck into a power pole while trying to outrun police.

Atlanta police said they got an alarm call at a Mini Food Mart on Katherwood Drive when someone tried to break in. When officers arrived, they noticed a pick-up truck driving away with the headlights off, police said.
