If these jigs are trying to apply Islamic law, I know that a poor person stealing a meal to eat doesn't get his hand cut off. Same with 'impulse theft' like grabbing something off a counter and running, like niggers usually do.
That nigger had to have broken into a home or robbed somebody with a weapon or something.
EDIT: Why did he put his hand out willingly? Again, I'm guessing they were trying to apply Islamic law (maybe just imitating it?) but if so they'd take his head off if he refused to submit.
