Craig Thomas Jr., who was 14 when he and two cousins killed two Roxbury video game store workers nearly six years ago, could be free in 2½ years after a judge let him plead guilty to manslaughter this morning because he helped get a conviction against the mastermind of the crime.

Superior Court Judge Salem Ahto reluctantly accepted a plea deal that calls for a 10-year prison sentence, after The nigger beast admitted he accidentally fired the first shot at 21-year-old Jeffrey Eresman during a botched robbery on Dec. 1, 2002. The nigger said his ape cousin, Omar Thomas, then finished Eresman off with a second shot to the head, and did the same to 26-year-old Erik Rewoldt when he entered the Funcoland video game store

"I was young at the time and misled. But I should have known better,'' Thomas Jr. said, apologizing to the victims' families in the courtroom. His father sat in the Morristown courtroom, but did not speak.
Both mothers of the victims addressed The nigger directly.
"I know you were just a kid, you were only 14, but they were all kids,'' Christine Rewoldt said. "You've got to carry this for the rest of your life. The only thing I would ask of you is, make something of your life. Do something. You took two lives: do something good with yours.''

The nigger was the first of the three niggers to cooperate with police when they were arrested in November 2003. When Thomas pleaded guilty to murder in January 2004, he claimed Omar Thomas fired all three shots, but months later admitted he shot Eresman first.

Omar Thomas, 31, of Irvington, was convicted in July, and was sentenced in September to back-to-back sentences of life without chance of parole.

The other Nigger 29-year-old Rahman Vaughn of Newark, who testified against Omar Thomas, was sentenced last month to 20 years.

The nigger of Newark, couldn't recall Eresman's name during his plea, prompting Morris County John McNamara Jr. to later admonish him:

"The piece of advice I'd like to give is, never forget his name was Jeffrey Eresman. Never forget his name was Erik Rewoldt.''

Craig Thomas "did a stupid, tragic thing and he got the benefit of a just and merciful system,'' McNamara said.

Thomas, who has been locked up for six years, must serve at least 8 1/2 years of his sentence before he is eligible for parole.
