I've raised the rents on all the tenants for my buildings (the one's who don't have leases or who's leases are about to expire). Someone has to pay for my tax hikes and I'm just passing on the costs to everyone else. Don't think I'm the only one. I own my buildings, outright and have enough money to just sit on them if a tenant wants to move. These fools thought that the taxes wouldn't affect them. Idiots!
