I found this to be a interesting read and thought it would be nice to post it for other members to enjoy. I used Adobe Acrobat to compile the whole web page into a pdf for easy viewing. That way if anyone is lazy like me and prefers having their computer read it to them, or possibly has a crappy internet connection they will still have access to it.
