This must be a simple misunderstanding. I am sure this upstanding citizen was driving to the Police station to hand over the coke and cash that he confiscated from a local drug dealer. All he was trying to do is keep his neighborhood safe. Looks like a case of overreaction and hopefully this will cleared up soon so he can go back to watching his neighborhood and keeping it safe for everyone.

I like the fact that the dumb fuck got pulled for not wearing a seatbelt. So many times I've seen this happen...
I always used to wear my seatbelt and look as inconspicuous as possible when being a naughty boy, which is why my record is clean and I'm sitting on a comfy leather chair in my own home
