OKLAHOMA CITY (Reuters) - The nation's second-largest Indian tribe formally booted from membership thousands of descendants of black slaves who were brought to Oklahoma more than 170 years ago by Native American owners.

The Cherokee nation voted after the Civil War to admit the slave descendants to the tribe.

But on Monday, the Cherokee nation Supreme Court ruled that a 2007 tribal decision to kick the so-called "Freedmen" out of the tribe was proper.

The court ruled that we were within our rights to vote to kick out the negros who lacked any cherokee blood.
Just because you are a nigokee your not a member of the family so take a hike. I know this isn't over and all hell is going to fall on my people but its a good start.

Ya tah hey! Most have mentioned most of the pertinent details excepting these:

• 1. Only the bixnood variety were excluded. Those that interbred over 170 years are still members. Makes sense that a tribe should be made of those that have common ancestry or share the values of the tribe. These pukes were probably listening to crap and crip hop and the tribe got fed up with the freeloading without identifying.
• 2. Tribes can make individual exceptions and any members not of native blood could be allowed to remain based on merit. Of course niggers seldom merit anything, instead relying on goodwill and white guilt. Native Americans, while they can be pale in complexion, are not white and expect members to carry their weight given limited resources (only so many casino dollars, etc).

Once again, niggers only have themselves to blame.
