My sister is attending her first year at USF in Tampa..My mother and I are scared for her due to the area surrounding the campus. Anybody who lives in the Tampa area: how bad are the monkeyshines and general TNB in that area?

I don't live in Tampa but did some research six months ago for someone moving there. There are plenty of niggers in Tampa (26% according to census material on Wikipedia) but less overall in Hillsborough County (16 % according to Wikipedia). 5) Inability to advance socially and professionally.

6) Increased intervention by police and social services.

7) Frequent changes of residence.

8) Increased financial 'borrowing' from remaining friends and family.
