Well in MO come august 28th assuming Jay Nixon dosen't veto the law, it will be easier to buy full autos in Missouri. No longer will you need some kind of Federal License, just pay the $200 fee to the ATF. Might be good to get a MP5 for ccw.

Carrying a pistol, if I come into contact with one, I will probably get killed as there will be too many niggers, but I'll be sure to take some down with me. I'd be damn sure some would be made good!!!

Interesting and encouraging. I wonder if the same fee would apply if one wanted to convert an already existing semi-auto such as an AR15 or AK47, or if the law would require the purchase of a new weapon in full auto configuration.

The guns still cost an insane amount of money to get a class 3 (full auto) gun. A glock and a good trigger finger is all you need, and plenty of extra mags.

I hate glocks with a passion. I'd much rather have, and do have, a 1911 or Browning Hi-Power (or something based on the Hi-Power). It has nothing to do with the "plastic pistol" thing either. The trigger on DAO sucks and I will never trust a hammer I can't see. If my home is besieged by wild mobs, my first pick would be Miss Mossberg anyway.

Yea. Unless you are a FFL, then if you get a law enforcement department to sign off, then you can buy a new NFA item as a "demo gun". The gun range I belong to has a new MP5 to rent.

Otherwise if you want to buy a full auto it has to have been made before 1986 which makes them rare and cost a ton of money. So if you're a dealer, and know a police chief of a police dept, then you can get them to sign off and purchase the gun as a demo.
