Police in Rock Hill say an AFRICAN ROCK FISH drowned Saturday after swimming to the bottom of a pool in an apparent attempt to hold his breath under water.

The police report said 19-year-old Justin Hines was swimming at the pool when he swam down to the bottom and "looked as if he was holding his breath."

Friends and FAMBLY members told our news partner CN2 that Hines will never get a chance to meet his unborn FUTURE CRIMINAL.
