The Tuskegee Experiment was on 399 niggers in the late stages of syphilis. When you think about it, they only used about 10 rounds each.... about 2/3rds of a magazine, which isn't too bad all-in-all.

Niggers got off easy. AND the police should be armed with heat seeking missiles so they can make the public (Well Niggers in the Ghetto anyway) happy and then they cannot bitch about excessive rounds.
Also, one of the comments was clearly posted by an officer and points out the chief of the police there is a moron and should be fired for his irresponsible comments. I agree. When the chief throws out comments w/o facts already condemning his officers is insane. AND he has given the niggers famblys all the ammo they need for the nigger lotto they are guna win.
