I've had that affliction twice. The pain will literally drop you to your knees. The first time was a couple of boulders that took about two weeks to pass. The second time was like pissing sand. I wouldn't wish it on obongo. Well, yeah, I guess I would.

The people you're reading never had a pilonidal cyst; I know a woman with 3 kids who says that childbirth was nothing compared to a healthy pilonidal.

I suffered through kidney stones as a twelve year old kid. Do not want. Ocho and I may have actually had the same type, they're referred to as jack stones. I'm not sure which hurt worse, the stones themselves or the stint they placed in my urethra to help pass the pulverized remains.

As for pilodinal cysts, I'm about to get pretty gross here, but I don't really care. Ever had a golfball sized cyst not ON your ass, but inside it? I had an anal fissure - a tiny cut(s) that are bad in and of themselves - that became infected. Trying to pass a bowel movement would result in you passing out from pain. I still get them occasionally, but nowhere near the size of that infamous asshole zit. Even a small one makes it feel like you have a bowling ball inside your ass.

The worst pain I can say I've ever had was Sciatic nerve pain shooting down my leg - like lightening.
This was before my second back surgery at L4-L5.

After two days of waiting to see the doctor, the pain was so intense that as he attempted to inject the local anesthetic, I vomited then passed out.
