A gunman's saggy pants and a bright red dye pack derailed a bank robbery this afternoon on the Southeast Side, the FBI said.The man then ordered a teller to put money into a blue bag he carried, Trombitas said. The teller complied, but also slipped a dye pack into the bag.
Impeded by his sagging pants, the robber shuffled out the door, Trombitas said, and the dye pack then exploded into a cloud of red smoke. The robber dropped the bag and fled.
The robber is described as a thin black male in his 20s, about 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall. He wore a dark toboggan hat, a red bandana, a red "Ecko United" sweatsuit, white shoes and white gloves.

I've said for years I cannot figure out why if your planning on evading police, clmbing fences, out running dogs etc why would you wear such restrictive clothing ?
