An East Spencer NIGGER DOUCHE BAG is in the Rowan County jail under a $100,000 secured bond, charged with four counts of second-degree MUH-DIKK.
According to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office, Robert Luther Smith, 39, was charged following an investigation between the Salisbury Police Department and Rowan County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said the victim, who was 17 at the time of the report, reported her mother’s boyfriend had unlawful MUH-DIKK with her, which began when she was 14 years old.
Authorities said all of the sexual assaults occurred at the home of a relative of the victim. Authorities said Smith is mentally challenged. The home address and names have been omitted to protect the victim.
