PJ64 was the best version for Windows up to XP. Not sure if it's been developed for Vista though (kinda doubt it, but you can try anyway).

Nope - It works great (Vista Ultimate 64 bit) I just downloaded it and the Goldeneye 007 ROM and it works great, alltho the controls are a pain in the ass.

I didn't think it would work because 64bit windows can't run old emulators for DOS and other older console system because they can't process 16 or 8 bit instruction sets, but since N64 is 64 bit it got me thinking and I thought I would give it a shot and it worked!
