TAMPA - The nigger buck accused of ramming a deputy's patrol car and forcing another into a pole while trying to flee from a supermarket crime spree was arrested today.
Acting on a tip, deputies and police officers tracked Antonio Davis, 45, to an apartment in the Robles Park housing complex on Ohio Street and arrested him without incident.
Davis was charged with two counts of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer and one count of aggravated assault.
He is being held without bond pending a court appearance Saturday.
The hunt for Davis began Wednesday when he forced his way through the two cruisers in the parking lot of a Sweetbay Supermarket on State Road 60 in Valrico.

Police said Davis tried to pass a bogus check at the store. He left after clerks questioned it, officers said, then he took a wallet from a woman's purse.
The woman gave chase. A man and a woman driving through the parking lot saw the commotion. The man, Aaron Kovacs, got out and tried to stop Davis, but Davis got into his car, ran into Kovacs and pinned him against the car Kovacs had left. Kovacs received minor injuries.
A sheriff's sergeant routinely patrolling the lot at the time saw the incident, called for backup and gave chase in his car. Authorities said Davis rammed the sergeant's car, backed up and hit it again.
Sheriff's Det. John Graves responded to the call and had to swerve to avoid the fleeing Davis. Graves suffered a concussion and got stitches for a head injury.
