NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Police have identified the body found in Norfolk Tuesday as Phylicia Robinson and her neighbor has been charged in her murder.

According to Karen Parker-Chesson with the Norfolk Police Department, Jamiel Graves of the 9300 block of Marlow Avenue was already in the Virginia Beach Jail, charged with the murder of his ex-girlfriend, Mandi Myers.
