In the city's fifth murder of the year, police were initially looking for a white man, but then the information changed.
"Sometimes the descriptions are better than others," said Topeka Police Major John Sidwell. "We want to get as good of information out as quickly as possible."
By the next morning, police said they were looking for a 6-foot tall black man and eventually they arrested Sterling Hall, III, a black man.

Pathetic that this discussion even has to be brought up between a law enforcement agency and a "news outlet."
It only reveals how corrupting and destructive political correctness has become.
