Jesup Police say that two former NIGGER friends who had a falling out got into an argument Friday night.
Jesup Police say 19-year-old Franklin Mincey Jr. shot his old friend, 17-year-old Cortez Doomes, in the head. Doomes is in critical condition at Memorial Hospital. The scrimmage game was between Liberty County and Wayne County held at the Jaycee Stadium in Jesup.
Neither of the two are students in Wayne County.
